Capstone Real Estate, LLC is a commercial real estate firm established in 2004 by David Ten Cate and Mike Teeter. Capstone not only provides traditional real estate brokerage services, but also consulting services to those persons with an interest in commercial real estate acquisition, development and investment.  Although Capstone is a relative newcomer to the West Michigan commercial real estate world, its principals are no strangers to real estate brokerage, development and consulting.

In addition to holding his real estate broker's license and his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Ten Cate is a licensed attorney and has, during his 17-year legal career, represented commercial real estate landlords and tenants, developers, and even other Realtors. Ten Cate is personally involved in the commercial real estate market, having first acquired an ownership interest in an office building less than one year after opening his own law practice. He currently holds ownership interests in commercial real estate in Kent, Muskegon and Ottawa counties.

Teeter became a Realtor in 1998. After being involved in multiple commercial transactions while working for a residential brokerage concern, Teeter transferred his license to a commercial brokerage house, and, in the subsequent three years, honed his skills as an aggressive, knowledgeable and honest representative for commercial real estate buyers, sellers and developers.
