David Ten Cate and John Groothuis are the co-owners of Capstone Real Estate.  Ten Cate is a licensed attorney with extensive experience in real estate law and also holds his real estate broker’s license and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Groothuis is a former banker with 20 years commercial lending experience.  In that capacity, Groothuis assessed the financial viability of numerous real estate transactions.  Managing their own and numerous clients’ properties in the West Michigan area has given the principals of Capstone extensive experience in the management of commercial real estate, with the additional benefit of operating with an owner’s perspective.  In addition to Groothuis and Ten Cate, the Capstone team includes a Certified Property Manager, Certified Public Accountant, and maintenance technician.
