MATTHEW PHARES – Associate Broker

Matthew Phares obtained a degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Wayne State University. Phares began his career working as a civil engineer. In 2002, Phares accepted a position with a national real estate development firm and was its Director of Acquisition for New Markets until late 2008. In 2009, Phares formed LandWise Group, LLC, which focused on purchasing tracts of land for development. Phares joined Capstone in 2011, and brings an owner’s and developer’s perspective to the real estate brokerage business. Phares is a member of the Spring Lake Township Planning Commission. The Capstone team looks forward to Phares’ use of his skills in brokerage, site acquisition and design, master planning, and development management within the organization.
