MELANNIE ENGLERT – Property Manager and Sales Associate

Melannie Englert is a graduate of Muskegon Community College. Prior to joining Capstone, Englert enjoyed a 16-year career as a legal assistant working in the areas of real estate, landlord representation, civil litigation and business law. During her legal career, Englert processed countless commercial and residential leases and oversaw eviction proceedings in Ottawa, Kent and Muskegon counties.

In an effort to expand on her interest in other aspects of real estate, Englert obtained her real estate license and a Certified Property Management certification and moved on to manage a small West Michigan real estate firm. In 2010, Englert joined Capstone Real Estate to lead its property management division. Englert’s experience in the drafting and administration of leases and her attention to detail make her an invaluable resource to Capstone’s property management division.
